Refund Policy

1. Overview

At CodeMad Digital Services LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality web development consultancy services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this refund policy to ensure fairness for both parties.

2. Weekly Package Refunds

Our consultancy services are billed on a weekly basis. Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation request is made:

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any work has commenced on your weekly engagement, you are eligible for a full refund of that week's payment.
  • Within 48 Hours: If you cancel within 48 hours of the engagement starting and less than 25% of the allocated hours have been used, you are eligible for a 75% refund.
  • After 48 Hours: Once 48 hours have passed or more than 25% of allocated hours have been used, no refund will be provided for that week's payment.

3. Cancellation Process

To cancel your engagement and request a refund:

  1. Send a written cancellation request to naveen@codemad.com
  2. Include your name, project details, and reason for cancellation
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 24 business hours
  4. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Work has been completed and delivered as agreed
  • Client fails to provide necessary information or access, causing project delays
  • Client changes project scope or requirements after work has begun
  • Dissatisfaction with work that meets the agreed specifications
  • Services were used beyond the refund eligibility period

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we will work with you to make revisions within the scope of your package (subject to revision limits). Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with our services before considering any refund.

6. Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. These situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may include unforeseen technical limitations, significant delays on our part, or mutual agreement to reduce project scope.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days. Bank transfer refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on your financial institution.

8. Disputes

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has been denied, please contact us to discuss the matter. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and professionally. If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as outlined in our Terms of Service.
